How ForthFocus collects, uses, shares and protects information for learning partnerships, institutional enquiries and student programme operations.
Information collected
ForthFocus may process institution and student identifiers, names, semester and cohort information, contact details, eligibility records, registrations, payment references, attendance, milestone evidence, programme status, certificate status, support correspondence and institutional-enquiry information.
How information is used
Information is used to verify eligibility, administer registration and payment, coordinate programme delivery, communicate updates, provide support, assess completion, issue certificates, respond to institutional enquiries, prevent misuse and maintain required operational records.
Who may receive information
Information may be shared only as required with the relevant partner institution, authorised ForthFocus personnel, authorised technology and programme-delivery service providers, payment processors such as Razorpay, email providers and authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Payment information
Card, UPI and banking credentials are entered into the payment gateway’s secure interface and are not stored by this portal. ForthFocus retains transaction identifiers, amount, status and reconciliation information required to administer the payment.
Website analytics
On public programme and institution pages, ForthFocus uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate page visits, navigation and device usage so the website can be improved. Analytics is not loaded on staff, payment, password-recovery or private student-status pages.
Retention and safeguards
Records are retained only for as long as reasonably required for programme administration, certification, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. Access is restricted according to operational responsibility.
Student choices and corrections
Students may request correction of inaccurate programme information or raise a privacy question by emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained where required for accounting, certification, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
