Terms and Conditions
The general terms governing programme information, registration, payment and participation through ForthFocus Learning.
Contracting party
“ForthFocus” means Geetha, sole proprietor carrying on business under the trade name ForthFocus. Institution-specific programmes may also be delivered in collaboration with the college identified on the relevant programme page.
Eligibility and registration
Registration is available only to students approved by the relevant institution and recorded on its authorised roster. Students must provide accurate information and verify the details used for registration and certification.
Programme delivery
Programme subjects, live hours, schedules, attendance requirements, milestones and completion criteria are stated on the institution-specific programme page. Reasonable schedule changes may be communicated where required for delivery.
Fees and payment
The applicable fee is displayed before payment. Registration is not treated as paid until ForthFocus receives verified confirmation from the payment gateway. Duplicate or technically erroneous payments will be investigated and corrected.
Cancellations and refunds
Student-requested cancellation, withdrawal, non-attendance, schedule conflict or change of mind does not qualify for a refund, whether requested before or after programme commencement. A full refund applies if ForthFocus or the partner institution cancels the programme or the required minimum batch is not achieved. Certificates
Payment alone does not establish certificate eligibility. Students must meet the attendance, milestone, conduct and other completion criteria published for the programme.
Acceptable participation
Students must participate respectfully, follow programme instructions, protect confidential access links and avoid misrepresentation, misconduct or misuse of programme systems and materials.
