Student programme terms
The participation, payment, batch formation, completion and certification requirements that apply to this programme.
Participation requirements
Sessions are delivered live. Students are expected to participate appropriately, follow programme instructions and complete all required practical milestones.
Certificate eligibility
One certificate is issued for each annual course satisfactorily completed. Eligibility ordinarily requires at least 75% attendance, completed projects or milestones, good conduct and confirmed annual payment. Payment alone does not establish certificate eligibility.
Annual enrolment and progression
The fee applies to the stated academic year only. Satisfactory completion of Year 1 establishes eligibility for Year 2, but enrolment is voluntary and requires a new registration, acceptance of the applicable terms and a separate annual payment. No subsequent-year payment is automatic.
Batch formation
The working minimum is 25 fully paid students and the overall capacity is 100. ForthFocus and SGS College may extend enrolment, revise the start date or cancel the batch if the launch requirements are not met.
Refunds and cancellation
Student-requested cancellation, withdrawal, non-attendance, schedule conflict or change of mind is non-refundable before and after programme commencement. A full refund applies if ForthFocus or SGS College cancels the programme or the minimum batch is not achieved. Approved refunds are initiated within seven working days.
